A position that demanded creativity and critical thinking, all while maintaining a professional business model and adhering to a strict corporate policy from franchise parent companies. I was directly involved with managing the operations at the group's Hyundai and Chrysler dealerships. My duties included helping the general managers achieve their own business goals for the franchise; minimizing overheads, boosting profits, adapting the businesses to national and local market demands, all within the corporate policy framework from Korea via Hyundai Canada, and the USA via Chrysler Canada. 

During the sale of the Chrysler dealership, I was further asked to construct a five-year business plan to be included in the portfolio before releasing the tender. The document had to be approved by Chrysler's financial institutions and Chrysler Canada itself before approval. 

Ultimately an invaluable experience in large scale sales involving leasing with multiple departments and offices.
