I showcased and promoted the wide range of flagship products to all customers as a brand ambassador, in addition to educating customers on how to use and become proficient with their Apple products and services, including technical help and troubleshooting.
I was also particularly successful at identifying and obtaining business leads for the Apple Business and Joint Venture programs by working closely with the Apple Business Team, for which I was recognized and commended on throughout my time at Apple. As a direct result, I was regularly challenged to mentor new teammates with aspirations of joining the Apple Business team.
